If your product is damaged during transport or does not match your order, please notify us of the defect within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send us a photo of the package (where the sticker is also visible) and the received product, which clearly shows the location of the damage, via e-mail.

Within 30 days of delivery, you have the option to return the product and request a replacement for another item or a refund.
